By using the Cell Sync mobile application ( "App" ), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service:

Cell Sync allows users to connect to compatible inverters via Bluetooth and retrieve real–time inverter metrics including but not limited to power generation and system status.

User Obligations:

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Bluetooth Access:

The App requires access to your device's Bluetooth functionality to scan and communicate with inverters. By using the App, you consent to this access.

Intellectual Property:

All content and functionality of the App, including software, graphics, and user interface, are the property of the App developers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability:

The App is provided on an "as–is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the inverter metrics provided by the App.
